Polos Beach, Bocas del Toro, Panama

Sorry for the lack of posts, I will be the first to admit the last thing I want to do while in Panama is write fishing reports while on the beach. I have been in Panama for the past 2 weeks and will remain down here until Mid-December. Fishing has been incredible with Tarpon, Snook, and Amberjacks on the Atlantic Side. Now I am off to Pedasi which is a fishing town on the Pacific Side. Tuna, Marlin, and all other Pelagic fish will be chased!

Guide Steve Beaz remains hard at work chasing ducks and fish around Thermopolis. Weather is bearable as is the fishing. We have been booking up a storm for the 2013 season in both  Montana and Wyoming. Give us a call if your interested. 307.438.0740

Goodbye Cold! Hello California Steelhead!

Wednesday, November 14th, 2012

Things have slowed down for the season as the cold has dropped in and settled. Fishing on the Bighorn in Thermopolis remains solid if you can endure the unpredictable elements. The Brown Trout are starting to spawn so please avoid the redds and shallows as our future trout populations depend on it. Standard tailwater fair in terms of nymping… Eggs, worms, midges, scuds and bigger dead drifted streamers are all taking fish. Streamer fishing has also been producing with a slow retrieve producing most strikes. Guide Steve Beazley is available for trips all winter. Capt C. spent the last week chasing steelhead in Northern California on the Trinity River before he heading to Panama. Keep an eye on the Blog for updates of his monthlong adventure.

Shoot us an email for bookings for 2013!
